Fagn invites you to a unique experience where you’ll learn from our experienced chefs. Throughout the course, you’ll gain insight into the techniques, ingredients, and flavor combinations that define our cuisine – with a focus on local, sustainable, and innovative food.
You’ll get hands-on experience in the kitchen, learn how we build a dish from scratch – and, most importantly, try building them yourself. This is a rare opportunity to go behind the scenes and learn the craft behind
what’s served in our restaurant.
This course is perfect for food enthusiasts who want to learn more about modern Nordic cuisine, couples, groups of friends or colleagues looking
for a unique experience together, and anyone wanting to challenge
themselves and develop their culinary skills.
